This facility is in need of new management. Most the equipment is broken and they won't spend the money to fix it.

Mama is one of the nicest people I have met. She always says hello and is just wonderful to chit chat with. Always gives the best deals.

Seedy neighborhood for sure, homeless and vagabonds abound, criminal activity afoot.
