Convenient to home, near 401, and well lit, I feel safe any hour at this location.
Price is always highest around the area. Everybody is at 105.9-106.9, this station is still at 114.9!
Used to be one of the busiest gas pump I seen when they bring down the lowest prices than any others. Sometime even after midnight but non of that has happened anymore quite some time. Customer service is acceptable

Gas station is very competitive, only issue is there is no option for payment at the pump itself. The payment needs to be made at the convenience store, hence operational only at convenience store timings.
