Allsups in Elk City (101 Meadow Ridge Dr)

The pump took too long to load the emv data displaying the "pay inside" message. It has done this before at other locations but it's usually less than a minute. Waited almost 5min, didn't try another pump.

The pumps declined my credit cards, and the staff says they don't maintain the pumps. Not sure how that's supposed to work out
