New top tier station in an area lacking options.

Clean and a great stop on a road trip.

The sonic sucks but everything else is good.

Gas prices have historically been high at this store. The prices are elevated, but it’s convenient, brightly lit, and a local landmark, with James Peoples at the helm. He was always open on holidays—there to serve people in need of necessities on the days nothing else was open. He also drove a school bus, I believe. Good, honest folk. Louisiana Lottery not available at the store—for close to a year as I write this in the summer of 2024. Sign on the door states that the “lottery is down.” No indication that it will ever be back. Store is too crowded with isles. I practically walk into one as I walk through the front door. One the other hand, they have a large inventory of grocery items and liquor/beer. It’s as close to a mini-market as a convenience store can get. No fresh meat, however.
