Casey's in Liberty (2601 South Liberty Parkway)

I like Casey’s in general, but this location needs some work. Customer service is below par, but the pizza is great!

I always go here because of the good price on gas and the friendly people.

This was my first visit to this new Casey’s and my first impression wasn’t that great. I pulled in at 10:50pm and it took me a minute or so to get familiar with the pumps and how to use the rewards card, etc. As I’m standing there all of the lights in the parking lot are turned off and I cannot see the keypad to put in my information. I had to get back in my vehicle and find my phone so I could use the flashlight feature to see what I was doing. I proceeded to fill my tank in the darkness, which was a little unsettling. I look at my phone to check the time and it was 10:55pm. I had no idea what time they close so I check the app and it stated that they close at 11:00pm. I was not the only one there as there were 4 other customers there as well as me. I finished filling up and got my receipt which showed it was 10:56pm when I completed the sale. Although I understand that it was close to closing time there was really no reason to shut the lights off on the customers filling t

All the window washing stations were empty, the coffee did not have any creamer available and the place just had a bad vibe. I specifically stopped there for gas plus those two things and I’m now driving across the street to Quiktrip to finish my window and get some coffee.

The windshield washer bins are always empty or very dirty brown water, with very bad squeegee most are broken or leave very bad streaks due to worn out.Even during busy time or slow the Pizza is always out when asked how much long for slices they come back with gonna be a while.

they are constantly out of unleaded, 88 octane, and whenever I try to call and ask to see if they have any more yet, because I need to fill up, no one ever answers the phone. They update their prices like they have it, but they don’t.
