NOT Sinclair. 76. Lots of parking for trucks and easy to get in and out of. Not very RV/truck friendly though. Only 2 lanes with 2 pumps each. Other 2 lanes are on and off road diesel pumps.
They are always out of the things you need. In a year and a half I have yet to receive a receipt. I have had my propane tanks filled twice. They damaged the bleed screws both times because they don't have the right screwdriver. I never go there unless I have to.

Nice spot off the I-84 freeway in North Powder, Oregon. It's clean, and has good lighting is 24/7 fuel. Has a store as well. I believe hours are 6am to 9pm at this time. The store is a little overpriced, like all are off the freeway. It's clean and people are friendly. It's now a 76 station, and prices are a little higher than when it was Sinclair. Overall, it's a nice handy spot since I live in North Powder. I'm a little biased of the location and convenience.
