Prices higher than COSTCO across the street, but a newer station/convenience store.
This is a fairly nice QT station inside -- just beware of the plethora of homeless people that canvas the Property panhandling inside and out.

Price says 2.49 on Gas Buddy, and 2.69 cash price at the pump. the sign out front deceitfully makes the price look like 2.35. I have pictures to show it.

Half the pumps were closed down and 2 homeless people approached me asking me for money while I was pumping gas. This is definitely not a station I will return to.
