Circle K in New Bern (425 Hotel Dr)

Shocking number of pumps out of order, considering this station is barely a year old.

numerous pumps have missing fuel select buttons or not working at all. This is new station and the issue with pumps is just stupid.. this has been going on for couple of weeks.

Prices at this station are usually pretty good. Store has a good selection of products and they have donuts.

Love a Circle K!! Definitely get your 3 cents off a gallon of gas! Let’s save that money!!

Customer service is great...price for air for tires at $2.50 per transaction...not so great!

Great place to get gas and snack!

When they first opened this gas station was great. Items were always stocked and the store was very clean and tidy. But it seems it has gone down hill. The soda machine is down alot, and spilled drinks and sticky substances all over the counter near it. Items that should be on the shelf are empty, and not just a few, I mean ALOT of empty shelfs. They usually only have 1 or 2 staff, and the line gets long and the 1 staff member will just stand around while the other is doing all the work. They did just put in 2 self checkout lanes, but nobody seems to use it (either they don’t know how to or dont want to, or just don’t know thats what it is even though a sign shows self checkout). I used to come to this station everyday to get a drink before work when I worked right by it, but I don’t come as much anymore because of these issues.

Always busy. Multiple fuel stations. Easy in and out for travel trailers or motorhomes.
