Only half of the pumps are working. All the others have red plastic bags covering the gas nozzle. There is lots of trash around the pumps.
Half the pumps were not working and the first pump I pulled up to was overflowing.

Someone keeps entering price of Reg @ $2.90. Actual price all week of Jan 4 to 8, Reg gas is $3.99. Tried to get deal I activated, but not possible at $2.86. Very high gas prices vs others nearby.
