Absolutely horrible. I went in to grab an iced coffee before class. I accidentally spilled a small coffee (all over me as well) and the woman owner came over and told me, "Well now I have to clean this up." I said I was sorry and offered to pay but she said I didn't have to. I went to leave, embarrassed, and the man behind the counter started literally screaming at me, making a scene, saying I had to pay. I politely said, "The woman said I don't need to," and he started screaming again saying "Well she's not the boss, I AM! I SAY you have to pay!!" and I said okay and went to pay. It was extremely disrespectful and humiliating. I will never go back there to be treated with that level of disrespect again.

The nice lady inside came outside and explained the issue with slow gas pumps. Each gas grade has its own pump. To be efficient, pumps go to low power if they haven't been used in a while. If you're the first to pump premium in a while, the pump will deliver gas very slowly. Release the trigger, count to ten, and squeeze the trigger again. That has worked for me every time. That's a small price to pay for 93 octane at the lowest price around. Thanks, nice lady.
