Shell in Arlington Heights (301 E Central Rd)

I used my shell loyalty card to buy my guess. The sign stated 4.93 Per gallon if you use the loyalty card. But, when I pumped the gas, I noticed that I was paying for 4. 95 per gallon. I went inside to notify the clerk that this was the case. He called the owner of the station but the owner of the station said it’s not for everybody, just for people who have the card for only a short while. I told him the sign just stated 493 with your card. He stood firm on his reply so I will not be going back to the station again because he is cheating his customers

the pumps are very close to each other and you have to be really careful.

the receipt printers never seem to work here. I have complained before but doesn't seem like they care to either fix them or have paper in them. If I'm paying at the pump I shouldn't have to go in for my receipt.

i frequent this station often as it ous closest to my house. it's always clean and the attendants are always freindly.

The station is very cramped but the customer service was very good.

Small station but good customer service. I rarely get gas here but like to stop in to buy stuff from the coolers

Have only been a few times because getting in and out is not very convenient
