No diesel fuel this morning at 10. pumps were closed

staff is playing on their cell phone and not attending to customers. the lot is littered the windows and doors are dirty. the floor is tracked

The owner of this gas station is not an honorable man today he had the gas prices posted as $2.84 as the cash price and I paid cash and he refused to change it to 284 and told me that it was the price of $3.09. I informed him of his sign and he said he don’t know why it’s saying that but he cannot change it from what it is and refused to give me the cash price he had posted and still has listed six hours later as that cash price.
