They deliberately lock the restrooms; and tell customers they are out of order. This is EVERYDAY!!! Gas stations are convenience centers! The restrooms are a major part of the service that customers expect. If I can't use your restrooms - I refuse to spend my money in your store and/or purchase my gas at your location!!!
