Shell in Winston-Salem (2801 Reynolda Rd)

This is my go to station, it’s close to home and on my way to and from work. It’s normally great, however, today when I went to fill up, it only let me put $40 in my tank and then it stopped. I tried another transaction to fill it the rest of the way and it wouldn’t take my card and said “see cashier”. I don’t know if they are having problems or what but I’m not the happiest camper this morning because of it.

Called to see if the regular gas was still a certain price & the cashiers said they couldn’t give gas prices over the phone per corporate. Well corporate is gonna make them have less customers because with gas prices being high, I’m not about to drive over there to see what the gas price is, I’ll just find a decent gas price & get gas elsewhere. I have NEVER had a gas station say they can’t say how much the gas is but this shell. WOW

I wish they had the ethanol free premium like some other nearby Shells, but otherwise okay.
