#2 In concern with a Circle K store, #2704091, located in Converse Texas. I presented a Circle K cashier, Bernice, a 10-cent off Circle K fuel card while at the pump I notice she did not apply it to my $50 gas request. I go back into the store to let them know that the 10 cents was not applied. As I was telling the manager, Rose, what happen the cashier who did not applied said she did and I did not tell her I had a fuel card which both were a lie. I said, “Why we can not just tell the truth about this and just move on.” The manager begin to show her true colors by clapping her hands like some immature child. This was a bad look for Circle K to the fact the store was filled with customers during the lunch hour. This action needs to be address by upper management because I fear the local management will not address this matter effectively. This happened 18 April 2023 between hours of 1150-1203.
