Star Stop in Nassau Bay (1300 NASA Rd)

Cashier was extremely rude when I mentioned the pump printers weren't working. I tend to not return if pumps are not maintained. She repeated often, insistently, increasingly forcefully, for me to leave and never come back. I willing will comply. She needs serious customer relations skills.

They are discontinuing diesel at their pumps as of 25 June 2024 so the inexpensive price being shown on the app is no longer applicable. I went inside to ask if this was temporary or permanent and the manager told me it was permanent.

Really gone downhill under new owners

Bad!!! Tried to cash in on Buc-ee’s name (not even close!)  changed name, got worse! No customer service, management and staff lazy! Never put receipt tape in pumps! When made aware that the stop on the pump was not working and spilled gas all over the side of my car and on the ground, I got an OK, and a smirk! Three out of four toilets/urinals in the men’s room are covered for weeks. Won’t spend a dime to get them fixed!

This is not the same as Bucee’s , so if your expecting the Bucee’s with the beaver on the sign , it’s not that!
