Shell in Buffalo Grove (1200 N Arlington Heights Rd)

loyalty discounts was 'off line'. no prior notice. no remuneration. just told I was out of luck. ridiculous!

The owner for this gas station ALWAYS puts lower pricing while they are ALWAYS more expensive than Shell across the street!!!!!!!!

Someone is putting wrong price out for all grades

There was a many times I can’t use my discount from Fuel rewards on the pump. Everywhere else I can use it but on that gas station I cannot.

The gas attendant is unprofessional

GasBuddy card doesn’t work here anymore

Every time I come here there are issues with the pumps. I have to push the buttons multiple times to get the input to register--& even THEN is sometimes fails ,😥

The cashier is very unpleasant .

Good location

...Sometimes the lowest price in the area, sometimes the highest! Very unpredictable, but Gas Buddy makes things a bit easier.
