Shell in Jacksonville (11330 Beach Blvd)

It's Oct 2023 and the same problems that this station has had for years still hold true. I stopped by there today and half the pumps had out-of-order bags over the pump handles, the pumps would not accept fuel rewards - they had a button for it but pressing it did nothing but give a beep, I tried to use a shell gift card but it declined each time and I verified it was still good, and no paper in their pumps so to get a receipt you must see attendant. The station is very run down and the signs are even half missing/broken. It's in a decent location and should be kept much better.

Unfortunately it's probably the most filthy, outdated, neglected station I've ever used. It's in a prime location & the prices are reasonable so people should be flocking to that station. The problem is that it's so dilapidated that it looks deserted & it doesn't help when the lights are off because they aren't on a timer.

This location it's always dirty pumps barely working place is dirty and always you have to go in to get a fuel receipt they never put paper roll into the pump and when you go inside that store smells like weed and not to mention one side of the entrance has some potholes that you can loose your tires or damage your suspension,so be careful if you chose this location.

half the pumps are out of order. Station is filthy. Not very well taken care of. people come here because the gas is cheap.

customer service is great, station inside could use a facelift.

Ridiculously high priced. Paid $4.99/gallon for premium when regular is only $3.49. Will never go here again.
