I think you must be a Costco Member in order to purchase fuel from them.

Love Costco

All Costcos have Top Tier gas, which is what is usually sold at higher priced stations like Shell, however Costco's gas prices are by far the lowest in the area about 95% of the time. Even if you never shop inside of Costco, getting the membership ($60/year) for the gas alone is very well worth it. Fantastic prices, excellent gas, great service.
