Walmart Neighborhood Market in Jacksonville (4250 Western Blvd)

I needed gas badly, on E the first week of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Nobody had Premium and my older car only takes Premium gas. I saw Walmart gas pump had Premium so I put $30 in. (This was 3/03/2022) Went straight home, 3 days later took car for a ride and it got 4 blocks and died. Cranked, but no start. Towed it home. Found out weeks later, it had diesel fuel. Car was being fixed due to diesel in a gas tank. Reported it to Walmart, they said no responsibility. Called Murphy USA, they said no responsibility. What?? Car still at shop. Been worked on for weeks, I'm disabled without a car and missed many Dr appts which is very dangerous. My 2000 Jaguar is still messed up at another shop. It was running perfectly fine until this. Many instances of pumps having diesel in their gas pumps. Yet they refuse to take responsibility. A disgrace to not own up to THEIR error while my sweet old car suffers and we do too. Never ever going to Walmart for gas again. Attorney called.
