Shell in Houston (9721 Jones Rd)

Rather run down looking for a Shell station. They always have cheapest gas in area so the pumps often run out. The pumps are usually REAL slow to dispense too.

Stop to get gas one morning on my way to work as I was walking towards the door and the cashier was walking out the doors were locked I turned around to see that he was pumping gas while on the clock and I had to wait to make my purchase I was late for work that day

Equipment is out of order. The register did work therefore you couldn't pay for gas.

they're cheating you pay cash they charge same as you use credit card, very bad customer service never go to this place again
