Paid for premium car wash- the lower half of my vehicle was not cleaned. It was supposed to clean the undercarriage of my vehicle- it wasn't touched. I tried to call to let them know, phone not working. Very disappointed- Will not go back!

I enjoy Kwik Trip! Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. I like the prices. I like the food. I love their carrot cake! The banana bread is great too! Their chicken is awesome and cheap! The car wash could be a little better! Longer dry time would be nice. The lighting could be a tad better as well, with the crime rates going up, it's nice to see lots of light around the whole building!
