These folks despite having the Shell sign out front, do not participate in the Shell CAA program. However you can use the Shell App to participate, if it works. Tried however app failed with message cancelled by site. Frustrating. Went across the street to Mobil where staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Such a bad location. That parking lot is so messed up.
