People very nice, if there is anything they can do for you they will try to help! Great place!!
Have not been able to get a receipt at the pump despite choosing that option before pumping. This has been the case for months.
Unlike there sister stores, the customer service there is terrible. Never greeted when you walk through the door. Tried to get assistant looking for something and was told idk and went back to doing whatever they were doing, instead of offering a hand locating something. It's a shame.
Great burgers and onion rings workers make you feel right at home. Great store Alex !!

I've live in Rodney, which is just s.e. of Big Rapids for 17 years now. my family uses no other gasoline in our vehicles, tractors, boat, or rv except BP & Bought at this gas station! I get much better gas mileage, better performance, & friendlier services than at any other gas station, I have been to!

This BP station has always ripped you off if you burn mid grade or premium gas. They charge a $ .50 up charge over regular for mid grade and $1.00 up charge for premium over regular. Every other station I have ever seen charges $.30 up charge. Stay away from this station
