Can't enter phone number for rewards at pump, must have physical cards to scan. Behind the times. Let a consumer enter their phone number like everywhere else.

There was no liquid in the windshield cleaning containers with the squeegee. No paper towels in them either. I was able to ask for a paper tow from the attendant inthe pay window.

Gas pump won’t scan membership barcode on the phone app, was told I would have to get an actual physical card. This creates an inconvenience especially when everything is switching to apps etc

Dislike that I can't prepay with my card at the employee hut.

it's just a fill up and go type of deal. make sure you have your Tops card for the discount.
