The only way you will get the .5 discount is by having a rewards card. Very misleading for those using Gasbuddy.

they have a minimum on out of state cards when pumping gas. this is bull. i needed a full take no particle tank of gas. should have let me fill up. dont stop unless you have to. bathrooms were nasty. yuck.
