Slow diesel pumps, never give receipts, clueless staff. Only go because of good diesel price.
When it's working, diesel price is usually cheap; however there have been multiple times recently where the diesel pump isn't working and there's no indication - you only find out after swiping your card and attempting to pump... An unnecessary and annoying waste of time. (June 2024)
Cheap diesel,clean room and rest room, good customer service, no coffee only.
The attendant looks like he is 12 and doesn't know how to make sure Fuel Rewards is working on the pump. I could access my fuel rewards after he tried a few times while laughing. Ended up leaving. So annoying. Also annoying that so many men hang inside the tiny shop blocking and adding congestion to the walkways they bet on horses and games o

I love this station because they are the only ones in the area that seem to actively try to promote lower prices gas in the market while the nearby gas stations seem to just have thier prices high. They've earned my loyalty.

I frequently bypass other stations in the area because this Shell station has good prices, is large enough to handle 10+ vehicles simultaneously, and has multiple driveways on both Aspen Hill Road and Connecticut Ave to allow easier entrance & exit even in busy times.
