Esso in Edmonton (4819 184th St NW)

This station has been the victim of some targeted bad/false reviews and false pricing. It's as competitive as all the other stations in the area. Recently it has been very responsive to the ebbs and glpes of a volatile pricing market.

This station is always the first to raise prices and the last to lower prices, and it's consistently the highest price. Esso, Exxon/Mobil stations are consistently this way for some reason, with exception, the one on 178 st just south of whitemud is quick to adjust.

Looks to be one of the higher priced stations in the city. Some are as low as $1.14 and this one is $1.38 per liter… I guess price gouging will never end.

This location always has the highest gas price in the westend. At the time of this review they are 9 cents higher. And this year I have seen their price being 12-15 cents higher than stations in the northend.

Can not believe this station 30 cents higher than the lowest price in the city today. Always among the highest prices if not highest in the city. As a local, I would support if they made attempts to be competitive. They make a conscious decision to be among the highest prices in the city consistently. Not even a full serve station. 25 percent more for fuel that you don’t even help the customer pump, unacceptable in my opinion.
