Dwayne's in Bowie (1120 I-10 Business)

Been coming here for 20+ years. Every year there were more and more improvements. Now, this is a really nice place to stop. If you like Jerky, you will be in Jerky Heaven! Plus they have other things to buy & snack on. Don’t miss the food truck. Beats ALL the fast food hands down. Great stop & Great folks!

Gas was advertised at the pump as 2.49/gallon, then noticed when I started pumping it increased to 3.43/gallon, significantly overpriced for this region. When I noticed the discrepancy, I immediately stopped pumping. When talked to the clerk, they claimed 3.43 is the correct price, and was charged for the fuel at that price. Not sure what is going on here, but I was definitely ripped off.

This stations price is $1 a gallon more than this price once u arrive. And after I correct the price, it changed back to the lower price within 1 min. Do not be deceived!

Free Samples everywhere. OMG the best Jerky I have ever had. And they just dropped their fuel prices. New Pumps coming and I entered a contest for a years worth of free jerky.

i like Dwayne's. it's old, but as a pit stop it's great.
