had to get code before pumping but instructions to get it are pretty straight forward
Employees do not smile enough when helping them and they also don't really greet the guest as they walk in the door

MANY times out of receipt paper. Of course, clerks are not empowered to change it. (People use pay at the pump to avoid going into stations). Simple concept.
