Why is the diesel price $2/Gallon over others?

I'm not a customer to them. instead I'm their neighbor that they welcome inside their house. they're great with my two boys and they both already know what I'm looking for that they already have my Marlboro menthol light 100s AND my husband's, short blue L&M ciggs ready; which we both appreciate because requesting those is time consuming; especially if the cashier is uninformed about cigg brands, flavors, ect. (nothing against them, it's an indirect compliment usually due to the fact that their a NON smoker. 🙂🙂🙂🙂
