Could use some employees with better customer service skills

Some of the people in there can be super sweet, but there is one lady in particular that is rude every single time I go in there. I thought maybe it was just me but I noticed she was being rude to several customers. She acts as if she absolutely hates her job... everyone else there has always been nice and helpful. Facilities are typically clean as well
