horrible customer service they put in my gas on the wrong pump when I went inside to prepay and it would not refund for money
There is a large homeless presence around this gas station. The bathroom are incredibly filthy! The customer service is always amazing, but this is my last resort for gas.
Store is very clean. Bad thing about this location is that a lot of homeless hang out here. l'm an older man and I didn't feel safe while pumping my fuel.
Too many homeless and too much riffraff going around the station say have to be kind of careful

We got gas from this gas station all the time. Or we used to. The last time my husband stopped there, on a Friday, he was required to bring his card into the store and leave it while he pumped his gas. Well, he drove away without his card (long day) and headed back home 2 1/2 hours away. He called me and let me know he had left his card. There's no phone number listed online that works, so I was unable to call the gas station. directly. I called our credit card company to put a hold on the card. We came back into Colorado Springs the following Monday specifically to pick his card back up. We didn't realize it right away, but it turns out that between the time my husband called me to let him know that he had forgotten his card and the time I spoke with the bank, maybe an hour, someone used our card to try fraudulently charge food, and other things. Only a couple of charges actually went through. The others were thankfully denied by the bank, over $1500 worth of charges.
