This is my go-to gas station. The pumps are always working just fine and most of the attendants I've met are friendly and helpful!
I always have had a good experience at this 7-11 no matter what time of day it is. They have always been friendly and it is clean and well maintained.
Looks like a fairly new station. The pumps look like they're well taken care of and it's overall a clean station.

The owner is putting in prices significantly lower than they are. The owner reported the price at 3.09 yet the price was 3.30 when I got there 11 mins after the posted price and nobody knew what happened or who would report that. Yet it definitely said it was the owner, not someone like me.

9 time out of 10, this is the place I go to get gas in Provo! It is close to home, almost always the cheapest gas in town (second only to Costco sometimes), and provides great facilities!
