Dale's in Hanceville (100 Arkadelphia Rd)

Friendly employees!!! Great customer service!!! Store is very well stocked and clean. Bathroom is spotless. Will be back!!!

Customer service is lacking.

Bad. Owner is a jerk too. Tried to talk to him about my concerns and he ignored me.

The station is nice, the cahiers are young and stay on their phones too much.

They have 100% gas available.

You would think with all the less than satisfactory reviews Dale would try to fix it. But, he is part of the problem. 10 months since last visit. Still crappy, rude customer service. Bathrooms SMELL AUFUL

it starts with the owner and trickles down. Real jerk. customer service is non existent.

they don't care about customer service cause they're making money if someone builds another station across the street where all the trailers were, that might change

This is now a Shell Station. The store remains Dale's.
