Waited 10 minutes for 3 people in front of me. The line was up to 11 people when they finally finished my purchase, which was additionally frustrating, particularly because they had a sign for a deal and when it didn’t work they didn’t honor it. As a repeat customer with rewards, that’s no way to do business.
