We are now 2K into repairs and the owner won't take any responsibility. Our legal team recommended we ask one time - if he'd like to purchase it back. He said "no, I have my papers". Good for you, fraud is a felony and by the time you finish paying legal fees, maybe you should have reconsidered. If nothing else, your going to pay a lawyer to represent you. If this can shut you down, then so be it. It's on you and your friend who puts stickers on sales for you !!
