out of order pumps 1/2 the pumps didn't work told you to go inside worst BP I have ever been at.
attendants act like you were bothering them when answering questions and cashing you out. No greetings, no smiles, not friendly and one of them was having what seemed to be a personal phone conversation while at the register cashing people out..
Customer service just getting worse. With the man on the phone. Or he walks away when customers get to the counter, to blood being in the bathroom, to NOT UNDERSTANDING BASIC ENGLISH — like being asked when a shipment will arrive for something that's been out of stock for over a week...good grief!
would not honor the BP rewards amount. Because their system wasn't working. even with the code available... this has happened several times there
