Lance's in Benton (3821 Edison Ave)

We were passing thru and saw that it had inexpensive gas and went off the interstate to get it - won't make that mistake again. The people at the front were nice enough. But, the pumps are filthy dirty and has most of the writing worn off -- you were guessing as to which octane you were getting. The other customers were scary. I will never go back there.

The previous owners took much better care of this place. Now it is always filthy and cluttered drug paraphernalia, lottery tickets and sexually oriented novelty items. Always a bunch of meth heads hanging around begging for something. The fuel pumps rarely work properly and the car wash is always out of order. Too bad Lance Hicks doesn't still own this store.

This used to be a great spot! New ownership has crammed the store full of extra merchandise that makes it feel a little dirty.
