Phillips 66 in Springfield (2745 S Kansas Expy)

Had a good deal on my app so I went there. Pump sign said “card reader not working “. That’s ok, just move to a pump that doesn’t have an out of order sign. Card would work there either. My credit card would. I just canceled and left.
