As, a customer I ask the cashier to use the bathroom. I was told by a Male worker, that none of the bathrooms where not available to me. This is because the owner or Manager had locked those bathrooms closed. I then ask him, "Where do you go to use the bathroom " He said, "I hold it for eight (8) hours." City of Houston needs to inspect this Exxon, for den ying, people with ADA issues use of the bathrooms!!!!!
