CITGO in Cleveland (3865 Michigan Ave Rd NE)

Stopped in because price was $2.699. That’s with “H-pay”. Small letters above a big price. Noticed price was $2.779. That’s cool. A lot of places offer discount for rewards but for someone driving up, the fine print wasn’t very noticeable. Obviously, if it bothers anyone, you free to go somewhere else.
