Most pumps slow down within a dollar of the preset. These slow down during the last $4. Presumably in the hope that you'll get mad and leave rather than wait
The music being played over the speakers inside is trashy and vulgar. Every cuss word you can imagine. Including, very plain, easily understood, mention of the female genitalia. I don't believe this is appropriate for a public business.
