Shell in Gainesville (1702 Throckmorton St)

Horrific customer service. POS @ pump had screen issues. Would not provide receipt; even though I selected YES for receipt prior to pumping. Went inside and requested from Cashier. She was absolutely rude, telling me how to request on screen. REALLY!?

Lady was rude from the moment I pulled into the station until the second I pulled out, I couldn't get my new fuel rewards card to work and she became annoyed that I was asking questions about it, stated I had to go outside to put in the rest of my transaction since it was cash then card, instead of just paying for it all in one or even just right after one another, she then stated that pins dont work outside but insisted I finish my transaction outside bc she couldn't "combine the transactions." So I stood outside in the cold trying to get my card to work to no avail bc although the keypad worked it wouldn't let me type in my alt ID for fuel rewards or even just the pin number to my card, which is refused to run as credit (which it had always been run that way since I got it). Finally after the screen finally froze I walked back into the store and the elderly lady was obviously annoyed at my presence and even gave off a standoffish attitude when she spoke, stating: "I told you pins don
