ARCO in Aptos (795 Rio Del Mar Blvd)

Arco working on getting customers back. They apparently took back this location. First station to have gas for less than $4 in the county when they opened up about 2 weeks ago.

Under new management. Station is night and day. Great pricing and great service.

Currently closed starting a month ago. Even before the gas prices went up they were consistently $1.00 more per gallon than everywhere locally. Locals suspect this place is laundering money for shady people. Often people "partying" in service garage which has all windows blocked out.

Highest priced gas station in the area... 90 cent difference for regular compared to the competition...

Why would anybody pay $ 2.25 a gallon extra for gas and not be able to use a credit card? My credit cards, Barclays or Capitol One, both give me 2% in points which is equivalent to 6 cents more off a gallon of gas.

Usually the most expensive gas in the area. Sometimes at night, not a soul can be found working there.
