The smell of grease and cigarette smoke is always thick. After being in there for less than 2 minutes I smelled the same until I was able to go get a shower. Everything in there looks like it's coated in old grease.
This station is located at an old and rundown truck stop. There are better and cleaner options not far in either direction - take the KY 144 exit (#21) for the best ones. They're a little bit off the highway but worth it!
