This New hired African America male clerk was so rude cause he was having a bad day. I made a emergency pitstop on rainy day to fix my windshield wipers and to replace washing fluid. it got contaminated and made the glass all foggy and couldn't see anything. I walked in and looked for windshield fluid and he asked "no gas?". I mean do I have to ?!?! He got more annoyed when I tried to use Shell fuel rewards card for my purchase for the first time. I filled up a day before and also signed up for the shell saving card there. One ignorant employee could ruin the image of entire company. He acted like he didn't want to be there and did not care. He does not deserve a SHELL uniform.
