Shell in Lugoff (495 Hwy 601 S)

easy to get into and out of. It's clean, and one of the few stations that actually have glass cleaner and paper towels

I went in to tell the cashier that we were trying to get gas, he said we are out. I asked why there was no sign or bag and he said he hadn't had a chance to do it. but before I went in he was sitting on the bench outside smoking. You had time to smoke but not alert the people there was no gas left.
