I love this gas station we get very good customer service every time I've been in here

It does not seem right for tribal stations to not have to pay tax. Basically they are cheating the public by not contributing to the maintenance of roads. In CA that is how the road budget is funded, at the pump by taxes imposed on every other business. The consumer is still technically liable for driving on pubic roads and paying the tax to do so. Let us all hope the state fixes this problem to produce a fair business environment and also keep our roads safe. If this station is in fact paying all CA excise and sales tax please report back. Currently the tax advantage on diesel is over $0.75 per gallon. Also a fleet or business could have a huge tax liability if ever audited and the state finds out they have been driving on public roads without paying the tax.

This is usually the cheapest gas in Burney and the have great service. The bathroom is unisex but it is always nice and clean.

I've always loved getting gas here because of the cheaper gas prices. Native American owned so no taxes. Plus if you get over 8 gallons you can get 5$ put on your casino card across the street. But I use the gas buddy card which is ran with WEX. They DO NOT take WEX so don't bother going here if you plan on using the gas buddy card. Besides once this gas price hike in California hit their prices aren't that low anymore. Just saying. Hope it helps.
