Made to fell very welcomed

It's usually busy, there's no free coffee, in fact..there is no coffee at this gas station. The lighting is OK at the pumps, but around the lot is not lit up well at all, and no lights in some areas. Lots of times, the cashier is busy talking to a friend standing next to the counter and waits on you without any eye contact, but barks the amount due. Ther need to make it bigger, cleaner, and more personable.
